Mostre que você está determinada a alcançar o seu objetivo e espera que eles compreendam quando você optar por um suco ao invés de um refri, por um prato de salada ao invés de uma porção de calabresa acebolada...rsrsrs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;- Faça compras saudáveis, vá ao supermercado com uma listinha e não se permita comprar nada fora dela. Assim você não corre o risco de comprar besteirinhas e ainda economiza um dinheirinho!!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;- Leia muito, pois quanto mais você estiver informada sobre reeducação alimentar, mais fácil será de permanecer firme na sua dieta. É importantíssimo saber o que pode ser ingerido, conhecer os benefícios de cada alimento, calcular o tamanho das porções, saber efetuar substituições inteligentes...
